We would need to look into this for each particular user as there can be many various reasons.  The most common reason is that there was some issue with your payment being processed through PayPal.  Please log into your PayPal account and verify that a payment has, indeed, successfully been processed.  If you believe you should be a paid member and we have somehow made a mistake please open a support ticket so we can resolve the issue immediately.
